Professor Dai Liyi, CPPCC member and Vice President of ECNU, delivered a keynote report interpreting the spirit of the Two Sessions and strategic educational deployments. Party members focused on key topics such as the 15th Five-Year Plan educational positioning and cultivation of top-tier innovative talents.On March 18, the Party Branch held its Organizational Life Meeting and Democratic Evaluation.
