The projects are: ‘Research and Practice on Family-School-Community Collaboration in Education at Private Primary and Secondary Schools Under the Guidance of Party Building’; ‘Research on the Digital and Intelligent Reconstruction and Practice of Primary School STEAM Curricula Guided by Core Concepts’; and ‘Restructuring and Development of School-Based STEM Curricula Based on Learning Progression and Interdisciplinary Core Concepts’. Before the event, students discussed in groups, wrote speeches together, and reflected on their class’s strengths and weaknesses, deepening their understanding of the collective.At the assembly, student representatives spoke, showing self-discipline, unity, and a love for learning and sports. 4月20日，小学部“跃动童年，逐梦赛场”运动会在操场圆满落幕。开幕式上，同学们步伐整齐、口号响亮，活力四射的啦啦操表演点燃全场氛围。运动会期间，各类运动项目有序开展，同学们奋勇拼搏、全力以赴，奋力为班级争光。赛场上，运动员们挥洒汗水、奋勇争先；赛场下，师生们呐喊助威、相互鼓劲，欢呼声与加油声此起彼伏，处处洋溢着团结协作、积极向上的氛围。此次运动会不仅丰富了学子们的校园生活，锻炼了身体素质，更培养了大家的集体荣誉感和拼搏精神。On April 20th, the primary school sports meeting, themed Leaping Childhood, Chasing Dreams on the Field, concluded successfully. The opening ceremony featured neat marches, loud slogans, and an energetic cheerleading performance. During the events, students strived bravely, with athletes sweating on the field and teachers and students cheering off the field. The atmosphere was filled with unity and positivity. The sports meeting enriched campus life, improved physical fitness, and cultivated a sense of collective honor and perseverance.

阅启万象，读创未来，华双小学阅读嘉年华于上周正式启幕。本次系列活动由学校图书馆联合小学语文、英语、科学、美术教研组及心理健康 中心统筹策划，亲子共读、家长故事进课堂、品书会、班级有书声、“领 养”书宝宝、书中人物走秀、中外教快闪阅读等特色品牌活动有序开展。本届新增昆虫科普讲座、科普阅读工坊、心理健康专题讲座、英文好书分享演讲，全方位丰富阅读形式、拓展知识边界。同学们在丰富有趣的活动中真正感受到了阅读的快乐。华旭幼儿园阅读活动同期进行，特别推出了“与泰迪熊共读”活动，幼儿们可以带着自己的毛绒玩伴到户外，在轻松惬意的自然环境中聆听双语故事。该活动植根于 IB-PYP 学习者特质，通过与本地及国际教师共同阅读，培养学生的好奇心、沟通能力和同理心。在自然、故事和伙伴陪伴的环绕下，学生们在培养阅读兴趣的同时，也增强了自信，加深了与周围世界的联结感。Reading opens up the world, reading creates the future. The primary school reading week kicked off with activities like parent-child reading, storytime, book talks, a character fashion show, and flash mob reading. New this year: an insect science talk, science reading workshop, mental health seminar, and English book sharing. A logo design contest is also running.At SABK, the 'Read to Your Teddy' session lets kids bring stuffed toys outdoors for bilingual stories. It builds curiosity, communication, and empathy through shared reading with local and international teachers. Surrounded by nature, stories, and friends, children develop a love for reading and a stronger connection to the world.

4月21日，华双小、初、高三个学部的40名学子，应上海科技馆“科奇空间”邀请，参与其揭幕活动并开展研学实践。揭幕仪式在球幕影院举行，中国科学院院士许智宏亲临现场致辞，寄语青少年永葆好奇心、探索未知，随后学子们沉浸式体验了球幕观影，感受宇宙的壮美。活动中，40名学子打破学段界限混合编组，在1300平方米的“明日科创营”体验五类科创课程，初高中学生协助低年级同学，上演“大手牵小手”的温暖场景。行程最后，学子们观看沉浸式剧目，感受科技与艺术的融合。此次活动既是一次研学实践，也是馆校协同育人的体现，现场发布的《大中小贯通式科技教育创新行动计划》，为青少年科创素养培育搭建了良好平台。On April 21, 40 students from SABSattended the opening ceremony of the museum's Keqi Space. Academician Xu Zhihong encouraged them to stay curious. Students enjoyed a dome film, then took part in five STEM activities in mixed-age groups, with older students helping younger ones. They also watched an immersive show blending tech and art. The event reflected museum-school collaboration and released a plan to connect science education across grade levels.
