8月28日，华旭双语学校四届二次理事会会议顺利召开。

会议听取了2025学年学校工作总结及2026学年工作计划汇报，审核通过了新一届理事、监事调整方案。会议审议了2026年度财务预算及半年度实施情况，并对“华旭双语学校三级梯队人才培养专项基金”实施进展进行了专题审议。

理事会充分肯定了学校过去一学年在教育教学方面取得的成绩，并对新学年工作提出了殷切期望。

On August 28, the second meeting of the fourth term of the SABS was successfully convened. The meeting reviewed the school’s work summary for the 2025 academic year and the work plan for 2026, approved the adjustment of new board members and supervisors, and examined the 2026 financial budget and its semi‑yearly implementation. A special review was also conducted on the progress of the “SABS Three‑Tier Talent Development Special Fund.” The board fully affirmed the school’s achievements in education and teaching over the past year and expressed high expectations for the new academic year.
