5 月 15 日，上海市民办中小学协会 2025 年会暨党建交流活动在我校顺利举办。市教委相关负责人、协会领导及全市民办中小学代表参会。

会上，胡卫副会长剖析民办教育面临的三重挑战，强调教育需转向 “人的全面发展”。徐彦昕书记代表华双发言，以四个“坚持”来概括上海华旭双语学校党建工作开展经验，即坚持政治引领与组织嵌入，把党的领导融入现代学校治理；坚持辐射引领，以家校社协同拓展党建育人空间；坚持长期主义，以跨区域共建彰显民办学校党建担当；坚持问题导向，以持续改进提升党建引领实效。获与会代表高度认可。

我校将以此为契机，进一步强化党建引领，深耕全面育人，助力上海民办教育高质量发展。

On May 15, the Association's 2025 Annual Conference and Party Building Exchange was successfully held at our school. Attendees included officials from the Municipal Education Commission, association leaders, and representatives from private primary and secondary schools across Shanghai.

At the conference, Vice President Hu Wei highlighted three major challenges facing private education and called for a shift toward "holistic human development." Vincent Xu, Secretary of our school's Party branch, shared SABS's Party building experience around four commitments: political guidance and organizational integration; radiating leadership through home-school-community collaboration; long-termism via cross-regional co-construction; and problem-oriented continuous improvement. His remarks were highly recognized by attendees.

Our school will seize this opportunity to strengthen Party leadership, deepen holistic education, and promote the high-quality development of Shanghai's private education sector.
