上周，七年级召开 “凝聚集体认知，共筑优良班风” 主题年级大会。会前，同学们自发分组讨论、共同撰写发言稿，主动梳理班级闪光点与不足，在交流中深化对集体的认知。

大会上，学生代表依次发言，展现出自律严谨、积极进取、团结互助、热爱阅读与运动的良好风貌。大家真切体会到，集体塑造个人，班风滋养成长。年级组长韩老师寄语：成长从不完美，没有人是完美的，我们不必追求完美，而要努力成为完整的人。

学部副校长高老师也对同学们提出期望，希望大家珍惜良好的集体氛围，彼此陪伴、共同进步。愿全体同学在未来的日子里，在温暖向上的集体中不断完善自我、携手成长，共筑优良班风。

Last week, Grade 7 held an assembly themed "Building Collective Awareness, Fostering a Strong Class Spirit." Before the event, students discussed in groups, wrote speeches together, and reflected on their class’s strengths and weaknesses, deepening their understanding of the collective.

 At the assembly, student representatives spoke, showing self-discipline, unity, and a love for learning and sports. Grade leader Ms. Han encouraged them: "Growth is imperfect. No one is perfect. Instead of pursuing perfection, strive to become a whole person."
