9月28日，小学 PYP 部举行了首届学生领袖就职仪式，学生们的自信从容充分展现了 IB 学习者的特质，让家长也收获了荣誉感。PYP 学生会组织设立活动负责人、宣传负责人、身心健康负责人、学校大使四个条线，在活动策划、团队协调的实践中，锻炼组织管理、冲突处理、跨文化沟通等能力，让学生在服务同伴的过程中理解“领导力是承诺与奉献”，建立同理心的同时，也可以有利于校园各项服务、制度的优化落地，让学生真正成为校园建设的参与者。

On September 28, the Primary PYP Department held its first student leadership investiture ceremony. The students’ confidence and composure fully embodied the attributes of IB learners and gave parents a sense of pride. The PYP Student Council is organized into four roles: Activity Lead, Communications Lead, Wellbeing Lead, and School Ambassador. Through hands-on practice in event planning and team coordination, students develop skills in organizational management, conflict resolution, and cross-cultural communication. In serving their peers, they come to understand that “leadership is commitment and dedication,” while building empathy. This also helps optimize and implement campus services and systems, enabling students to truly become participants in building their school.
